- Increasing parent membership and involvement in Rolesville High School
- Implement student programs such as senior scholarships, academic awards, etc
- Implement teacher of the year awards, support the staff through various luncheons and teacher appreciation events.
- Enhance Community involvement and develop working relationships with local businesses.
